Since 1998, under the conditions that the scale of higher education drastically expands, the system background of college students employment sharply changes, the world economy and financial crisis suddenly erupts, the initial employment rate of college students decreases yearly and the employment quality also decreases: the starting salaries of college students relatively decrease and the employment figure of small and medium-sized private enterprises rapidly increases. Looking forward to the future or the twelfth' five-year plan, under the conditions that the national economy continue increases at high speed and the social requirements of college students gradually increase, the higher education moderately develops and the supply scale relatively stabilize, the marketing economic system and supply and demand matching environment are gradually perfected, the employment rate and employment quality of college students will have the tendency of increase step-by step.

机译：自1998年以来，在高等教育规模急剧扩大的条件下，大学生就业的制度背景急剧变化，世界经济和金融危机突然爆发，大学生的初次就业率逐年下降，就业质量也随之下降：大学生起薪相对减少，中小民营企业就业人数迅速增加。展望未来或“十二五”规划，在国民经济继续高速增长，大学生社会要求逐步提高的情况下，高等教育适度发展，供给规模相对稳定，营销经济体制和供需匹配环境逐步完善，大学生就业率和就业质量将有逐步提高的趋势。
