PR抗车辙剂在昆嵩线中面层配合比设计中的应用

         

摘要

The highway in Yunnan province is mainly constituted by asphalt concrete. With the traffic volume increased year by year, and the unceasing canalization of axial load and traffic, the asphalt pavement diseases are increasingly prominent. This paper puts 0.4%PR anti-rutting agent into South Korea SK70# asphalt to study the pavement performance of AC-20 middle surface course asphalt mixture. It finds that after the adding 0.4%PR, the dynamic stability of asphalt concrete of AC-20 has obviously increased. Compared with the rutting specimens that not add PR, the average dynamic stability of it increases 251.1%. It shows that PR anti-rutting agent can effectively improve the high-temperature stability of asphalt mixture. It is suggested to popularize and apply the PR anti-rutting agent in the overload, high temperature, large traffic area.%云南省高速公路以沥青混凝土路面为主。随着交通量逐年增长、轴载加重及交通不断渠化,沥青路面车辙病害愈加突出。本文将0.4%PR抗车辙剂加入韩国SK70#石油沥青中,进行AC-20中面层沥青混合料路用性能研究,发现添加0.4%PR后,AC-20沥青混凝土的动稳定度显著增大,其平均动稳定度相较于未添加PR的车辙试件提高了了251.1%。说明PR抗车辙剂可以有效提高沥青混合料的高温稳定性,建议在重载、高温、交通量大的区域进行PR抗车辙剂的推广应用。
