“食在常州”的品牌影响力与消费诉求

         

摘要

Food is the first thing for people. It is important to enhance the attractiveness of food culture for improving the urban tourism image and building the people's livelihood project. Survey of local residents and tourists finds that mass catering is the subject of Changzhou food culture, but the overall impact of Changzhou food culture is not strong. Consumers with different ages, gender, income and region have different demands for Changzhou catering, so in the brand promotion of "Eating in Changzhou", they should treat the consumers differently and highlight the demands of different consumer groups.%民以食为天,提升饮食文化的吸引力,对于提高城市旅游形象,打造民生幸福工程意义重大。针对本地居民和外地游客的调查发现,大众餐饮是常州饮食文化的主体,但是常州饮食文化的整体影响力不强,不同年龄、性别、收入、区域的消费者对常州餐饮的消费诉求不一,在进行“食在常州”的品牌推广中应区别对待,突出不同消费群体需求。
