Operational research which combines theoretical and practical is the core curriculum in management major. This article analyzes the characteristics of operational research and the main problems existing in teaching based on teaching practice and experience in scientific research. In order to improve the teaching effect and nurture students' practical ability, this paper puts forward the cardinal channels for the teaching reform of operational research with a train objective guidance and a problem orientation.%运筹学是管理类专业的核心课程,兼具理论性与实践性.结合教学实践和科研经验,分析了运筹学课程特点和教学中存在的主要问题.以培养目标为指导,应用为导向,提出运筹学课程教学改革的主要途径,有助于改善教学效果,培养学生的应用能力.
