辅导员是高职教育工作第一线最基础、最直接的工作者，也是学生工作的实施者，担负着学生管理工作中教育服务的重任。在新的教育形势下辅导员如何做好自己的本职工作，真正做好“传道、授业、解惑”。本文就这一问题，提出了一些自己的看法。%The counselor is the most basic and direct worker in the first line of vocational education work, also the implementers of student work and charges with the education services responsibility in the student management.
