The relationship between industrial policy and economic law has been one focus of economic law scholars. This paper attempts to explore from the definition of industrial policy, industrial policy and economic law differences and connections, finally made the relationship between industrial policy and the economic law, which can provide a reference for future industrial policy research.%产业政策与经济法的关系一直是经济法学界的关注重点之一，本文试图从产业政策的定义、产业政策与经济法的区别和联系进行探讨，最后提出对产业政策与经济法关系之我见。为以后的产业政策研究提供参考。
