Most metropolitan fire brigades (stations) are located in the downtown in China, while the petrochemical park is far away from the center city or is a separate area, so in the event of an accident it is difficult to obtain the support of the metropolitan fire brigade (station). The fire facilities in the surrounding towns are often very lag, which is difficult to support the chemical type of accident fire. This paper studies the current status and puts forward countermeasures to improve the situation.%我国目前的城市消防队（站）大多在市区，而石油化工园区一般远离中心城市或者独立成区，一旦发生事故很难获得城市消防队（站）的支持，周边乡镇公共消防设施往往非常滞后，也很难支援化工类型事故灭火。针对现状本文提出改善现状提高事故处理能力的初步研究及对策。
