Solar battery manufacturing industry has large labor demand in the photovoltaic enterprises,but at present, vocational education has no skill appraisal standards for this type of work. This paper proposes the solution to this problem and at the same time makes exploration and practice on how to cultivate interdisciplinary talents meeting the enterprises' need.%太阳电池制造工在光伏企业有着大量的用工需求，但目前职业教育对该工种尚无技能鉴定标准，本文就此问题提出了解决的办法，同时就如何培养出适合企业所需要的复合型人才，做了相应的实践和探索。
