基于模糊层次法的飞行员CRM培训效果评估

         

摘要

随着航空部门对飞行员CRM培训工作的重视程度和投入力度的加大,如何科学、合理地评价飞行员CRM培训效果为培训管理部门所关注。基于Kirkpatrick四层次培训评估模型,并结合飞行员培训工作的特点,从反应层、学习层、行为层以及结果层四个方面建立飞行员CRM培训评估指标体系,并采取模糊层次综合评价法进行计算。最后以某飞行学院的问卷调查数据作为案例,验证了构建的培训效果评估指标体系以及评估方法的合理性。%With the aviation authorities attach great importance to the training of pilots CRM degree and increase the investment, how to scientifically, rationally evaluate training effect pilot CRM is concerned for the training management department. Evaluation model of Kirkpatrick based on four levels of training, and combining the characteristics of pilot training work, this paper from the reaction layer, learning layer, behavior and result sets up four pilot CRM training evaluation index system, and adopts the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method, finally based on a questionnaire survey data of a flight school as a case to verify the rationality of the training effect evaluation index system and evaluation method.
