目的:探讨分析妇产教学中多媒体教学应用效果。方法:选取本院2013妇产科临床学生70例作为教学对象,根据随机原则将学生分为传统教学组和多媒体教学组,每组35例,两组学生在性别、年龄方面差异不明显,p>0.05,具有可比性。传统教学组接受传统教学。多媒体教学组在传统教学基础上外加多媒体教学。学期学习结束后对比两组学生在提高学习兴趣、提高动手能力、提高解决问题能力、提高病情观察能力和学期理论考试平均分方面的差异。结果:多媒体教学组在提高学习兴趣、提高动手能力、提高解决问题能力、提高病情观察能力和学期理论考试平均分方面均明显高于对照组。结论:多媒体教学效果良好,值得推广。%Objective:To investigate and analyze multimedia teaching application effect in maternity teaching. Methods:To select 70 cases in the Clinical Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital 2013 students as teaching objects, according to the random principle to divide the students into traditional teaching group and multimedia teaching group, each group has 35 cases, the two groups have not significantly different in gender and age, p> 0.05, has comparability. Traditional teaching group receives traditional teaching. Multimedia group plus multimedia teaching in the traditional teaching basis. Compare the differences of two groups of students in improving learning interest, enhance ability, improve problem-solving skills, improve the condition observation ability and theory test average score after semester. Results: Multimedia teaching group' average score significantly higher than control group. Conclusion:Multimedia teaching has good effects and worth to promote.
