Based on the Web of Science database, this paper makes a comprehensive statistical analysis on the papers of SCI-E written by authors of Shaanxi, which covers the years of 2009 to 2013 from the distribution of time, types, subjects, institutions, regions, source joumals, national and institutional cooperation, and source cited.The conclusion reveals development level of scientific research in Shaanxi.%利用科学引文索引数据库扩展版（Science Citation Index Expanded），从不同方面对陕西2009-2013年被SCI-E收录的论文进行统计分析，从文献计量学角度揭示陕西科研的发展状况。
