本文采用文献资料法和专家调查法等对我国高校教师职业发展阶段特点进行分析，提出实施EAP的具体方法，以期帮助高校顺利实施EAP项目。%This paper analyzes the characteristics during teachers’occupation development in China through the literature materials method and expert investigation method, and then puts forward the concrete implementation method of EAP so as to help the smooth implementation of EAP project.
