本文以北卡罗莱纳州生物技术研究三角园、马萨诸塞州生物技术研究园两个生物产业集群为基础，研究了美国生物产业集群人才培养，重点探讨人才培育要素及运作模式，进而提出我国生物产业集群人才培养的建议。%Based on two biological industry clusters of biotechnology research triangle park in north Carolina and biotechnology research park in Massachusetts, this paper researches the talent cultivating pattern of the biological industry clusters in America and mainly discuss the elements and operation mode of talent cultivating to provide suggestions for the talent cultivating pattern of the biological industry clusters in China.
