This paper analyzes the practice teaching status and the main problems of software engineering in our country, according to the existing problems, combined with the actual situation of our school, it proposes the idea of putting the "engineering and professional"concept into the process of practice teaching, and puts forward the corresponding reform plan and the implementation method according to the school goal, the school localization and the training model of student. The implementation of the plan has greatly improved the student's practical ability and enhanced the employment rate.% 本文对我国软件工程专业实践教学的现状及存在的主要问题进行了分析，根据存在的问题，结合我校的实际情况，提出了按“工程化”思想实施实践教学的解决方案，将职业化、工程化的理念引入实验教学体系中，并依此对办学目标、办学定位与学生培养模式等提出相应的改革方案与实施方法。通过本方案的实施，大大提高了学生的实践能力，提高了就业率。
