The engineering cost management is an important part of enterprise management, under the new situation of current social development, the project cost plays a decisive role to the enterprise's survival and development. Construction organization design is the product of the organic combination of construction technology and construction project management, is the key to handle the relationship between technology and economy, and plays an important role in determining and controlling the project cost.
