With the increasingly fierce competition of medical market and the constantly deepening of health care reform, people's requirements of medical service quality are increasing and patients are asking for better nursing quality. How to improve patients' satisfaction and nursing quality is the core task of the nursing manager and is also the ultimate goal of nursing work. However, the nursing quality management and quality control of domestic hospital is facing many problems at present.
