In recent years,our country encourage college students to start a business. Self-employment is a choice to college students, especially college graduates. But according to statistics, 80% college students' owned businesses have failed. Beside the lack of experience, ability and capital, low AQ is the major reason. Entrepreneurial success or failure depends largely on the entrepreneur's performance in the face of adversity. Therefore, Adversity Quotient Education plays a very important role in Entrepreneurial Management. So it is necessary to add Adversity Quotient Education in Entrepreneurial Management course.%随着近几年国家不断加大扶持力度鼓励大学生自主创业，自主创业正越来越成为大学生尤其是大学毕业生的一种选择。但根据统计，大学生创业八成已失败告终。究其原因，除了经验匮乏、能力不足、资金短缺之外，较低的逆商则是主要原因。创业的成败很大程度上取决于创业者在面对逆境时的表现。因此，逆商教育在创业管理中具有相当重要的作用。在创业管理教学中加入逆商教育刻不容缓。
