This paper describes the universal dumped oil phenomenon in operation of rotating oil basin of mixed-flow turbine, analyzes the dumped oil phenomenon and the reasons, and summarizes the treatment measures.%简要介绍混流式水轮机转动油盆在运行过程中普遍甩油现象，并针对甩油现象进行了分析及原因查找，对处理措施进行了总结。
