Based on an analysis of the development of agricultural industrialization of Binchuan in terms of its profits sharing mechanism between peasants and enterprises as well as its constraints, this thesis puts forward to expand the scale of lead enterprises, increase the number of enterprises and establish a profit sharing mechanism aiming at an equal share of risks and benefits.%本文在分析了宾川县农业产业化发展现状的基础上，对宾川县农业产业化经营现存的利益连接机制及其制约因素进行分析，提出扩大龙头企业规模、增加龙头企业数量、建立紧密型利益联结机制等对策。
