临床护理路径在提高护患关系中的作用

         

摘要

Objective:To discuses the application experience of clinical nursing path management mode in improving the nurse-patient relationship. Method: The 100 medical inpatients are randomly divided into observation group and comparison group. In observation group, clinical nursing path care model is used. Nursing path table is formulated and used according to the disease type of patients, carrying out nursing responsibility and patient certification system. The results of communication entries of the two patients groups, the nursing quality control mark and the nurses' satisfaction degree of the nursing are compared. Results: The communication entry difference has statistical significance(P<0.01);the nursing quality control comparison of the two groups has no statistical significance(P>0.05);the satisfaction rate of nurses for department nurse-patient communication work in path group is 94.74%, ordinary group 87.77%. The difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). Results: Implementing clinical nursing path management is an effective management mode for improving the nurse-patient communication.%目的:探讨临床护理路径管理模式在提高护患关系中的应用体会。方法:将内科住院病人100名,随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组采用临床护理路径护理模式,根据患者的疾病种类为基础,制定并使用护理路径表,实行护理责任制及患者认证制。对两组住院患者的沟通条目的结果、护理质控得分、护士对科室护理工作的满意度进行比较。结果:8项沟通条目两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组护理质控得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护士对本科室护患沟通工作的满意率路径组为94.74豫,普通组为87.77豫。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施临床护理路径管理是提高护患沟通工作的有效管理模式。
