As the external teachers in independent college accounts for a large proportion, the control of their teaching quality is difficult. Starting from the actual teaching situation of external teachers of independent college, the article analyzes the problems existing in it, guided by "people-oriented, keep strictly the rules for reward and punishment", improve the teaching quality monitoring system of external teachers, lays foundation for enhancing talent training quality.
