At present, the infringement of educatee in our country is common, which has gone to such an extent. The article states the infringement of educate, and in-depth analyzes the reasons, such as poor conditions for running school, poor professional ethics of teachers, parents are conservative, students' rights consciousness is weak, and the disadvantages of the traditional education system; at last, it puts forward the corresponding solutions aiming at the above reasons.%目前我国受教育者的权益受侵害的现象屡屡出现,达到令人担忧的地步,本文首先就受侵害的现状进行了详细的论述,并深入地分析了造成这种现状的原因,诸如部分地区办学条件差、教师职业道德差、家长思想守旧、学生权益意识淡薄以及传统教育体制的弊端等方面,最后针对上述原因提出了相应的解决策略.
