基于人力资源管理的角度探析工程造价咨询企业的发展策略

         

摘要

Human resource management is an important constitute of the project cost consultation enterprise's internal management, human resource advantage is the key for the project cost consultation enterprise's development and expansion. This paper takes Chongqing's project cost consultation enterprise as an example. Based on the comparative analysis of the current project cost consultation enterprise's human resources situation and essential characteristics, this paper expounds the current project cost consultation enterprise's human resource management situation, and further puts forward a series of advices to increase the skill of the project cost consultation enterprise's human resources management. The implementation of these suggestions will promote the project cost consultation enterprise's development and improve the project cost consultation enterprise's core competitive ability.%人力资源管理是工程造价咨询企业内部管理的重要组成部分,人才优势是工程造价咨询企业发展壮大的关键.本文以重庆市工程造价咨询企业为例,在对当前工程造价咨询企业人力资源现状与本质特点对比分析的基础上,阐述了造价咨询企业人力资源管理的现状,并进一步提出了一系列提高造价咨询企业人力资源管理水平的建议.这些建议的实施将会促进工程造价咨询企业发展,显著提高工程造价咨询企业的核心竞争力.
