The paper introduced the system scientific theory to the optimization and development process of higher vocational education system, analyzed the current situation of higher vocational education system, revealed the law of evolution and development of higher vocational education system. Through the analysis, the orderly development of higher vocational education system should be ensured, and an open and nonlinear low-entropy running structure system that far from equilibrium must be created.
