高等教育资源是高校进行各种教育活动和谋求发展的基础.文章从地区性高等教学资源共享运行机制出发,分析了国内高等教学资源共享的发展现状,探讨了地区性高等教学资源共享机制的内涵及及关键要素,提出了地区性高等教学资源共享机制的构建关键途径和方法.对今后的工作实践中进一步丰富和完善地区性高等教学资源共享机制,保持优质教学资源的共享,进而促进社会的稳定和发展,具有一定的借鉴作用.%The higher education resource is the basis of carrying on all kinds of education activities and seeking the development in universities. Proceeding from regional higher education resources sharing operational mechanism, the article analyses the development situation of domestic resource sharing, and discusses the connotation and the key elements of regional resource sharing mechanism in higher education and proposes the key ways and means of constructing the regional higher education resources sharing mechanism. The study is helpful for future work to enrich and improve the regional higher education resources sharing mechanism, and maintain high quality teaching resources sharing, and promote the stability and development of society.
