当前,高职院校“校企合作、工学结合”人才培养模式(即“2+1”人才培养模式)改革取得了全面进展,高职院校学生党建工作面临新的挑战,亟需构建与之相适应的学生党建工作方式方法,以不断完善学生党员发展和教育培养机制,从实践科学发展观的高度,创新工作方式,提高学生党建工作的实效性,解决由于学生党员离校实习而产生的工作盲点等问题.本文拟结合党建和思政工作的体会对“工学结合”背景下的高职院校党建工作方法作一探索.%In the current, the reform of "School- Enterprise Cooperation, Integration of Working and Learning" personnel training mode ("2 +1" Mode) has got a overall progress.
