本文通过哈尔滨工程大学船舶工程学院学生工作改革后一年的工作探索,对学院学生党员发展工作进行了一系列的改革研究,形成了"四位一体"培养考察体系,系统的阐述了学院发展党员工作中的作法和经验,并对发展党员工作的一些问题提出了解决思路和学院所采取的方法.%Through the exploration of the one year student work reform at college of shipbuilding engineering of Harbin engineering university, the paper made a series of study work on the students party member cultivation work in the collge which has developed into the "four in one" cultivation and inspection system and systematicly discussed the methods and experience used at college's cultivation of party members and proposed the solving ideas and the method the collge adopted in the party member cultivation.
