Teaching Quality Monitoring System should be able to do timely warning for teaching quality change. By using the early warning mechanism to diagnosis and correct teaching process, it can guarantee the education quality when implementing the education reform. The article discussed the construction of teaching quality monitoring system in vocational college and theory and practice of early warning and diagnosis when monitoring teaching quality under two -level teaching management system.
