论民办高校科研人员数据库建设的应对策略及其实现途径

         

摘要

在科教兴国、人才强国的战略思想指导下,高校人才培养、科学研究、文化建设和社会服务四大职能的重要作用日益凸显,其自身所肩负的任务也日益艰巨.作为我国社会主义高等教育重要组成部分的民办高校,在此也面临着更加严峻的挑战,尤其在科研发展普遍滞后,科研人员队伍组建普遍困难、科研力量普遍薄弱的尴尬境遇中,如何进一步挖掘一切可供科研的优势潜能,整合优势资源,加强科研人员数据库建设,推进科研工作更好发展,便成了当前民办高校一项迫切而艰巨的任务.本文着重就此从现实背景、对策、数据库建设的实现途径等方面作了深入剖析并指出了数据库建设的意义.%Under the guidance of the strategy of revitalizing China through science and education and reinvigorating China through human resource development, the role of four functions of university, talents training, scientific research, cultural development and social services, have become increasingly prominent, and the tasks of their own become increasingly difficult. As an important component of China's socialist education, the private universities also face more severe challenges. Especially, their research and development generally lagged behind, researchers generally difficult to form teams, and their research efforts are generally weak. In such embarrassing situation, how to further tap all advantage potential for scientific research, integrate advantageous resources, strengthen research personnel database construction, and promote better development of the current research has become a pressing and arduous task for private colleges and universities. This article pointed out the significance of database construction from a practical background, strategies and ways to achieve database development.
