基于冷却 EGR和压缩比的增压汽油机燃油经济性优化

         

摘要

通过冷却EGR结合高几何压缩比的方式来改善发动机热效率,利用GT‐Power软件建立并标定了发动机热力学循环仿真模型,预测了带外部冷却EGR系统的进气道喷射发动机提高压缩比后的性能。提出了一种考虑EGR影响的爆震预测方法,并进行了试验验证,通过神经网络结合遗传算法及一维热力学模型对冷却 EGR发动机的几何压缩比进行了预测优化。结果表明,提高压缩比后可以在基本不损失外特性扭矩输出的前提下进一步提高发动机的热效率。%The cooled EGR combined with high geometric compression ratio was adopted to improve the engine thermal effi‐ciency ,the thermodynamic model was built and calibrated with GT‐Power ,and the performance of inlet injection engine with external cooled EGR system after increasing the compression ratio was predicted .A method of knock prediction considering the EGR influence was put forward and verified through the experiment .Moreover ,the geometric compression ratio of engine with cooled EGR was optimized through the artificial neural networks (ANNs) ,genetic algorithm (GA ) and 1D thermodynamic model .The results show that the thermal efficiency improves without losing engine torque output after the optimization of com‐pression ratio .
