The software and hardware system of on-board module based on automobile remote diagnosis were designed with the technologies of electronic control and GPRS communication. With the ECU and GPS system, the real-time operating data were acquired and sent to user information center by GPRS network and hence the functions of remote diagnosis, data monitoring and remote control were realized. The actual operating result of the system shows that the developed on-board module can get the operating data quickly and accurately and can realize the GPS accurate positioning, remote diagnosis and monitoring. In addition, the communication signals are both safe and reliable.%利用发动机电控技术和GPRS通信技术,设计了基于单片机的汽车远程诊断车载模块软硬件系统,从发动机ECU和GPS系统实时获取汽车运行数据,并通过GPRS通信网络发送给用户信息中心,实现了汽车远程故障诊断、数据监测和远程控制等功能.实车使用结果表明,开发的车载模块可以快速准确地获取汽车的各种运行数据,实现GPS精确定位、远程诊断和监控,通信信号安全可靠.
