Investigating the adaptability between pharmacy curriculum teaching and drug marketing professional ability to seek the basis for pharmaceutical curriculum setting and teaching reform in the secondary vocational medical school. Adopting the self-designed “questionnaire on adaptability of pharmacy core curriculum teaching and professional ability requirements” to survey 85 pharmaceutical enterprises,73 teachers and 985 students of secondary vocational medical school. The results show that not enough is being done to reform the pharmaceutical curriculum teaching, and there is an obvious difference compared with drug marketing professional ability requirements.%通过调查中职卫校药剂专业课程教学与药品营销岗位职业能力适应性,为中职药剂专业课程设置与教学改革寻求依据。采用自行设计的“药剂专业核心课程教学与职业能力需求适应性调查问卷”,对73名教师、985名学生、85家药品经营企业进行问卷调查。结果表明,中职药剂专业课程设置与职业岗位基本对接,教学目标与职业岗位能力要求有差距,教师、学生及企业对中职生岗位职业能力的评价有较大差距,但对药剂专业课程教学改革有明确的的需求及期望,且中职卫校药剂专业课程教学改革力度不够,与药品营销职业能力要求有差距。
