The in-depth fusion of school - enterprise cooperation is an effective way to realize the goal of high quality training of talents in vocational education. Study has found the Guan-style cooperation an innovative paradigm, which is based on the regional economic characteristics of Dongguan, adopts the mechanism innovation as the core value, and is accomplished by the practice of specialized class. Consequently, under this cooperation, we have initially achieved the goal of cultivating high-quality and high -skilled talents for the enterprise and the society. As a result, it has become a paradigm.
