高职院校青年教师职业倦怠现状调查与分析

         

摘要

采用问卷调查法对常州工程职业技术学院113名青年教师的职业倦怠现状进行调查,结果表明,青年教师职业倦怠程度较高,处于严重倦怠的教师比例达5.3%,一般倦怠程度以上的教师比例达68%,轻度倦怠程度以上的教师比例达100%;青年教师在“情绪衰竭”维度上的检出率达64.6%;在“去个性化”维度上的检出率为23.9%,男性高于女性;在“低成就感”维度上的检出率达79.6%,女性高于男性,但青年教师职业倦怠程度在性别上没有显著差异。青年教师职业倦怠程度在子女年龄、专业热门程度上有显著差异;与岗位、教龄、经济收入有一定关系,但总体上没有显著差异;在婚龄、学历、职称、专业、城市认可度上的差异不显著。夏季、冬季情感耗竭感较强,晚上和下午疲劳感最强,年终时成就感最低。%This paper investigates the occupational burnout among 113 young teachers in Changzhou Institute of Engineering Technology. The results indicate that the degree of occupational burnout in the young teachers is very high, a serious burnout ratio reaching 5.3%, the general burnout ratio reaching 68%, the mild burnout ratio is 100%; the detection rate is up to 64.6% among young teachers in the dimension of "emotional exhaustion"; the detection rate is up to 23.9% in "depersonalization" dimension, which is higher in males than in females; in the "low sense of achievement" dimensions, the positive rate is 79.6%, which is higher in females than in males, but the degree of occupation burnout in young teachers has no significant difference in gender. Their children's age and professional popularity result in significant differences. There is a certain relation between job seniority and their income, but there is no significant difference on the whole. The difference is not significant in marriage age, education, job title, professional and city approval degree. The strongest sense of emotional exhaustion in young teachers is the highest in summer and winter. The strongest sense of fatigue is highest in night and afternoon. At the end of the year young teachers have the lowest sense of achievement.
