Under the boosting of education internationalization and the urgent demand of learners and higher education institutes, the accreditation of degree programs of engineering doctorate in UK is developed vigorously, which takes the enhancement of educational quality as the key objective, tries best to realize linkage with the qualification of chartered engineer, and the accreditation process has the features of high involvement of industries and student-centered. Based on the experience of the UK, some suggestions for China are put forward: need a third part organization to accredit the degree programs of engineering doctorate, build the quality assurance system, optimize the professional qualifications system of engineers, and develop the link between engineering doctorate degree and engineer professional qualification.%在教育国际化的推动及学习者和高等教育机构的强烈要求下，英国工程博士学位课程认证得到了大力发展。英国工程博士学位课程认证以提高教育质量为根本目标，并努力实现与特许工程师资格的对接，认证过程具有行业参与度高、以学生为中心等特点。基于英国的经验，为我国工程博士的课程认证提出如下建议：工程博士学位课程需要第三方机构的认证，构建其质量监控体系；完善我国工程师职业资格体系，促进工程博士学位与工程师职业资格的对接。
