大学文化与市场经济文化在高职院校教师队伍中的冲突浅析

         

摘要

As different types of cultures, college culture and market economy culture have impacts on cultural cognition of college teachers and further influence their values on teaching and educating students. Many of these teachers have been caught out by the ignorance of individual development, the lack of occupational belief and the weakening of educational morals. To ease these conflicts, it is necessary to develop the student-centered talent cultivation philosophy, implement the industry-education-research-application integrated teacher growth concept and initiate the people-oriented democratic interpersonal relationship.%大学文化与市场经济文化作为两种不同的文化类型,在高职院校交汇、冲撞,对教师队伍的文化认知产生了较大影响,并进一步对教师教书育人的价值观念构成冲突,暴露了教师在人才培养过程中忽视个体发展、缺乏职业信仰、教育伦理淡化等问题。缓解这一冲突,可从树立“以学生为中心”的人才培养理念、贯彻“产学研用结合”的教师成长理念、倡导“以人为本”的民主型人际关系等三个方面作出尝试。
