Overload capacity of load cell is an important index,how to design a load cell of high overload capacity and without sacrificing sensitivity,it is a problem at present.This article introduces a method which provides a basis for the design and manufacture of high overload capacity of load cell through improving the structure of the elastomer and strain amplification.%称重传感器的过载能力也是其一项重要的指标,如何设计一种有着高过载能力而又不大量牺牲灵敏度的称重传感器,目前尚未得到很好的解决。本文通过对弹性体结构的改进,把被测量的微小应变进行放大,为设计制造高过载能力的称重传感器提供基础。
