针对目前省级重点实验室管理建设存在的问题，从管理制度、人才管理、实验经费管理、实验室开放共享等多方面进行了分析研究，提出了重点实验室管理的新模式，以提高重点实验室的管理水平，推进重点实验室发展。%At present there are many management problems during the operation of provincial key laboratories, especially the lack of new management ideas and mechanisms in some key laboratories. In order to improve management level of the key laboratories, new ideas and mechanisms were proposed from management system, talent management ,laboratory funds management, laboratory open sharing and so on.
