随着睡眠医学的发展及人们对磨牙症认识的提高，磨牙症的治疗受到越来越多的临床医生的重视。本文对口腔医生干预磨牙症可采取的手段，包括牙合治疗、咬合板、下颌前移类矫治器及腭侧咬合板等方面在磨牙症治疗中的作用进行归纳。%As the development of the sleep medicine and theraising of the awareness on the detriment of sleep bruxism (SB),the clinicians emphasized on the SB treatment.Oral medicine was one of the disciplines that has the most closely relation-ship with the SB.The currently popularmethods to treat SB include the occlusal treatment,occlusal splint,mandibular advance de-vice(MAD)and palatal splint.However,the efficacy of these oral interference therapies on the SB remains unclear.In this paper, we made a systematic review about the effect of oral interference treatment on the sleep bruxism,which could provide the guide for the oral clinicians.
