Longkaikou Hydropower Station in Yunnan Province is the sixth grade of eight cascades in the middle reaches of Jin-sha River, and the special check and acceptance for land acquisition and resettlement has completed in October, 2012. This pa-per reviews the planning and design of resettlement, and systematically summarizes the treatment solutions to corresponding tech-nical challenges during the resettlement, including the population calculation to be compensated year-by-year, compensation standard and dynamic adjustment mechanism, compensation years and funds sources, as well as decomposition of the compensa-tion population.%云南龙开口水电站是金沙江中游河段8个梯级中的第6级电站，电站建设征地移民安置已于2012年10月通过专项验收。系统回顾了该电站建设征地移民安置规划设计工作，梳理了移民安置过程中相关技术问题的处理，并对逐年补偿安置方式的补偿人口计算与界定、标准及动态调整机制、年限及资金来源、补偿人口分解等关键技术问题进行了分析与总结，可为类似工程移民安置规划工作提供借鉴。
