丹江口大坝300 t级升船机是国内唯一采用垂直和斜面两级控制的升船机。在安装施工过程中，遇到了许多技术上的难题，比如大件吊装、高空钢梁拼装焊接、钢轨道梁超大件滑移施工以及现场调试等。经过设计人员与现场施工人员的共同努力、反复分析研究，使这些技术问题和施工难题均得到了成功解决，为今后同类设备的安装调试积累了经验。%Two-stage ship-lifts of vertical stage and inclined stage adopted for Danjiangkou Hydro-complex is the only one in China. Many technique difficulties were encountered during its erection process, including lifting of large parts, welding and fabrication of steel frame high above the ground, sliding construction of large parts on steel track as well as in-situ debugging. Through cooperation of design engineers and construction workers, all the technique difficulties were solved successfully, which accumulated experiences for erection and debugging of other similar equipment.
