介绍老挝国南欧江二级水电站枢纽总体布置设计情况，总结了布置特点，闸坝式发电枢纽，具有低水头、大流量的特点，主要建筑物包括混凝土闸坝、坝式进水口及河床式厂房、两岸非溢流坝段，枢纽布置紧凑合理，项目建设已经顺利实施，并将于2015年的11月底实现投产发电。%The paper gives an introduction to the design of the general layout of NamOu-2 hydropower project complex and summarizes the characteristics of the layout. It is a gate dam type hydropower complex, which is characterized by low head and largefl ow. Its structures are a concrete gate dam, a dam type power intake and a river channel powerhouse. The dam sections on either of the two river banks are of non overfl ow and the layout arrangement of the hydropower complex is compact and rational. The construction of the project has been completed in a successful way and is scheduled to be put into commissioning operation by November, 2015.
