应用红外CO2激光辐照纳豆芽孢杆菌bacillus subtilis natto S252,经分析测定,结果得到一高抗菌活性突变株F604,对指示菌金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌试验,发现抗菌活性比出发菌株分别提高1.26和1.43倍(抑菌圈直径);同时证实F604具有高抗菌活性的继代稳定性,说明CO2激光辐照在菌株诱变方面卓有成效。%A high antibacterial activity of mutant F604 was obtained through bacillus subtilis natto S252 irradiated by infrared CO2 laser,it's antibacterial activity to the original strain was increased to 1.26 and 1.43 times respectively to S.aureus and E.coli(antibacterial circle diameter);at the same time that F604 has high antibacterial activity of subculture stability,CO2 laser irradiation is an effective method in mutant strains.
