Objective To study whethe the intraoperative multi-point biopsy method can improve the diagnostic rate of cystic renal cell carcinoma of the patients with cyst of kidney. Methods The clinical data of 113 patients with cystic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from March 2006 to November 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Score 0～3,the pathology diagnosis rate of group A and B were 5.71％ and 7.14％,respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);4～6 points,the pathology diagnosis rate of group A and B were 18.52％,44.44％, respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);7～10 points,the pathology diagnosis rate of group A and B were 62.50％, 93.75％,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Cystic renal disease patients with score 4 points and above were recommended to adopt surgical treatment,and biopsy technique can improve the diagnostic rate of cystic renal cell carcinoma.%目的 探讨囊性肾病患者采用术中多点活检的方法提高囊性肾癌的诊断率.方法 回顾性分析2006年3月至2016年11月收治的符合纳入标准行手术治疗的113例囊性肾病患者临床资料.结果 评分在0～3分,A组与B组病理结果发现囊性肾癌的诊断率分别为5.71％、7.14％,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);4～6分,A组与B组病理结果发现囊性肾癌的诊断率分别为18.52％、44.44％,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);7～10分,A组与B组病理结果发现囊性肾癌的诊断率分别为62.50％、93.75％,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 囊性肾病患者评分>4分建议行手术治疗,采用术中多点取材活检可以有效地提高囊性肾癌的诊断率.
