目的 探讨结合CT表现提高黄体破裂在急诊外科的诊断率.方法 回顾性分析24例经病理检查确诊并行腹部CT检查的黄体破裂患者的临床资料,综合分析外科症状与CT的影像学特点.结果 黄体破裂患者,临床症状多轻微,多为轻度腹痛.CT表现则多发生于右侧,黄体体积多>3cm,以囊实性肿块为主,囊壁多可见局部缺损区,周围可见高密度血肿形成.结论 黄体破裂以临床症状轻微但CT表现为急性出血的矛盾征象,同时CT表现具有一定的特征性,能为明确诊断提供帮助.%Objection To discuss the value of CT imaging in diagnosis of rupture of corpus luteum in emergency surgery. Methods The CT imaging manifestations of 12 cases with rapture of corpus luteum pathologically confirmed were retrospectively reviewed. A comprehensive analysis was conducted in CT Imaging features and clinical history and symptoms. Results Rapture of corpus luteum indicated as a solid-cystic mass in CT imaging,always occurred on the right side with larger size than 3cm. The wall of the cystic area was not integrity and rupture of the wall had always been found. Surrounding the corpus luteum,there always were blood clot and hematocoelia,but clinical symptoms were relatively mild. Conclusion Corpus luteum rupture with mild clinical symptoms,but CT manifestations of acute bleeding contradictory signs,and CT findings have certain characteristics that can help confirm the diagnosis.
