Objective To observe the curative effect of patients with shoulder hand syndrome after stroke treated by integrated patch Kinesio. Methods 64 cases of shoulder hand syndrome in patients with syndromes from January 2014 to December 2015 after stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The application of hormone,anti-inflammatory analgesic,pressure treatment were used in the control group,and the observation group was treated with integrated patch Kinesio,the effects of two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 84.38%,control group total effective rate was 68.75%,the difference was statistically significant in the two groups(P<0.05). VAS,FAM scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05)after treatment. VAS,FAM score of observation group were compared with control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Kinesio therapy for chronic post-stroke shoulder hand syndrome in patients with comprehensive is good.%目的 观察肌内效贴布治疗脑卒中后肩手综合征患者的疗效.方法 选取2014年1月至2015年12月脑卒中后肩手综合征患者64例,随机分为观察组与对照组,各32例.对照组应用激素、消炎镇痛、气压治疗等,观察组在常规治疗基础上用肌内效贴布治疗,观察并比较两组疗效.结果 观察组总有效率为84.38%,对照组总有效率为68.75%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗前后VAS、FAM评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后VAS、FAM评分观察组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 肌内效贴布治疗慢性脑卒中后肩手综合征患者疗效较好.
