目的 探讨补中益气汤加减结合高膳食纤维对老年性功能性便秘的治疗效果.方法 老年性功能性便秘患者86例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例.对照组口服聚乙二醇4000散,观察组给予补中益气汤加减结合高膳食纤维,治疗4周后比较两组疗效.结果 观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组中医症候总积分比对照组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 补中益气汤加减结合高膳食纤维对老年性功能性便秘治疗效果显著.%Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with high dietary fiber on senile functional constipation.Methods Eighty - six elderly patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with polyethylene glycol 4000,and the observation group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with high dietary fiber. After 4 weeks of treatment,the curative effect was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total score of TCM syndrome in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionBuzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with high dietary fiber has a significant effect on senile functional constipation.
