共刺激分子B7H3在结直肠癌血管中的表达及意义

         

摘要

目的 探讨共刺激分子B7H3在结直肠癌血管中的表达及意义.方法 收集2013年5月至2016年5月结直肠癌手术切除标本60例,免疫组织化学法检测血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和B7H3的表达,并分析其与临床病理间的关系.结果 结直肠癌血管中B7H3阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织血管(P<0.05),同时VEGF在结直肠癌血管中阳性表达率亦显著高于癌旁组织血管(P<0.05);B7H3在结直肠癌血管内皮细胞中的表达水平与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤位置、分化程度无相关性(P>0.05),但与肿瘤Dukes分期密切相关(P<0.05);在结直肠癌血管中B7H3和VEGF的表达呈正相关(r=0.60,P<0.05).结论 B7H3在结直肠癌血管内皮细胞中存在高表达,其表达水平与肿瘤Dukes分期密切相关,血管中B7H3的表达可能与结直肠癌血管新生和肿瘤免疫逃逸密切相关.%Objective To explore the expression and clinical significances of co-stimulatory molecule B7H3 in the vessel endothelium of colorectal cancer. Methods 60 cases of colorectal patients were included in this experiment. The endothelial expression of VEGF and B7H3 were detected by immunohistochemistry. The correlations between B7H3 and the clinicopathological characteristics of CRC were also analyzed. Results The expressions of B7H3 and VEGF were significantly increased in CRC group compared to control group(P<0.05). The endothelial expression of B7H3 was positively correlated with Dukes stage(P<0.05),but had no significant relations to the age,gender,tumour location and differentiation degree (P>0.05). The endothelial expression of co-stimulatory molecule B7H3 is positively correlated with VEGF(r=0.60,P<0.05). Conclusion B7H3 was increased in the vessel endothelium of colorectal cancer. The endothelial expression of B7H3 is positively correlated with Dukes stage. B7H3 may be participated in the angiogenesis and immune escape process of colorectal cancer.
