目的 探讨采用多科室护理协作模式在急性ST段抬高急性心肌梗死(ATEMI)患者急救中的应用效果及价值.方法 将2015年2月至2016年2月收治的80例ATEMI患者随机分为观察组及对照组.对照组采用常规护理模式进行干预,观察组采用多科室护理协作急救模式进行干预.在患者出院前评估患者进门至球囊扩张时间(DTB)、人均住院费用、平均住院日,并行冠脉造影检查评估患者左心室舒张末期内径(LVED)及左心室射血分数(LVEF)的水平,统计分析患者心血管事件及冠脉再狭窄发生情况.结果 观察组患者DTB时间显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组患者平均住院日及人均住院费用显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者LVEF显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组患者LVED水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者冠脉再狭窄及心源性梗死发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 采用多科协作急救护理模式对ATEMI患者进行干预可有效提高患者抢救质量及成功率,降低心血管事件及冠脉再狭窄发生率.%Objective To explore the use of multidisciplinary emergency nursing mode in ST segment elevation acute myocardial infarction (ATEMI) patients results in emergency treatment and value.Methods From February 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital,80 cases of ATEMI patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group was treated with conventional nursing intervention,the observation group was intervened by multi department nursing cooperation first aid mode. The door to balloon time in patients before discharge(DTB) and the average hospitalization expenses,average hospitalization time were evaluated and the incidence of cardiovascular events and coronary restenosis were analyzed statistically.Results The patients DTB time in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the patients in the observation group the average hospitalization days and the hospitalization cost were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05);the LVEF of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the patients in the observation group the level of LVED was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group of patients with coronary restenosis and cardiogenic infarction incidence was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Using a multidisciplinary emergency nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of patients and the success rate of ATEMI patients,reduce cardiovascular events and coronary restenosis.
