Objective To study the influence factor of clinical pathology in the recurrence and prognosis for patients with Stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ of endometrial cancer. Methods 123 patients with Stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ of endometrial cancer were selected. The data was reviewed so as to analyze the influence factor of clinical pathology in the recurrence and prognosis for patients with Stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ of endometrial cancer. Results The recurrence and prognosis for patients with Stage Ⅰ~Ⅱ of endometrial cancer had a close relation with its pathological grade,myometrial invasion depth and length of tumor. (P<0.05); through the multi-factor Cox regression analysis,the high risk factor for the recurrence and prognosis of StageⅠ~Ⅱ of endometrial cancer was pathological grade,myometrial invasion depth and length of tumor(P<0.05). Conclusions The recurrence and prognosis of Stage Ⅰ~Ⅱof endometrial cancer is correlated with pathological grade,myometrial invasion depth and length of tumor.%目的：探讨影响Ⅰ~Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌患者复发及预后的临床病理因素。方法临床纳入Ⅰ~Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌患者123例，对患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究，分析导致Ⅰ~Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌复发及影响预后的病理因素。结果Ⅰ~Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌患者复发及预后与病理分级、肌层浸润深度、肿瘤长径等因素存在密切关系（P<0.05）；通过多因素Cox回归分析，发现病理分级、肌层浸润深度、肿瘤长径是影响Ⅰ~Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌患者复发及预后的高危因素（P<0.05）。结论Ⅰ~Ⅱ期子宫内膜癌患者复发及预后与病理分级、肌层浸润深度、肿瘤长径等因素有关。
